- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements and screening applications
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and training programs
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0β2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
