Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Assist with recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Contribute to talent management initiatives and assist with performance management processes.
