Position Overview

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, job offers).
  • Manage onboarding & orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, 201 files, and HR database.
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leaves, and adjustments.
  • Handle employee concerns, memos, notices, and basic conflict management.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, evaluations, certificates).
