Position Overview
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, scheduling interviews, job offers).
- Manage onboarding & orientation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, 201 files, and HR database.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance, leaves, and adjustments.
- Handle employee concerns, memos, notices, and basic conflict management.
- Prepare and issue HR documents (contracts, evaluations, certificates).
- Monitor company policies, compliance, and HR procedures.
- Assist in training & development coordination.
- Help organize employee engagement programs and HR events.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower and HR support needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
