Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or related fields.
- With strong background in compensation & benefits
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
