Overview
The HRA Staff/Officer main function is to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of Human Resources and Admin office specifically on:
- Payroll Management
- End to End Recruitment
- Front Desk/Reception
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS/BA Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or any Business Related Courses.
- At least 1 year experience in processing Payroll, SSS, Philhealth, HDMF and other government mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in handling Administrative/Front Desk Tasks and Recruitment
- Experience in Job Fairs, Caravans, School Coordination, Social Media Job Postings and other recruitment tools an advantage.
- Willing to work at Sulok St., Barangay Ugong Valenzuela City
- Willing to work on site, Monday-Saturday
