Job Description (JD):
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculation and timely payment to employees.
Handle statutory submissions and ensure compliance with government regulations, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime claims, and maintain HR records.
Prepare and update employee documentation, reports, and personnel files.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR-related matters and employee inquiries.
