Effectively manage special projects assigned in HR area in line with the project deliverables and manage all stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are communicated effectively
Responsibilities
1) Project Management
Develop working relationships with the project owners and involved departments to ensure that project solutions are adopted, implemented and maintained appropriately.
Provide HR support in project deliverables, identify challenges to be solved and contribute to providing resolutions by working closely with HR Business Partner and HR Center of Excellence colleagues.
Monitor impact and outcome of implemented solutions with documentation of learnings.
Assist in the systematic review, retrieval, evaluation, and secure destruction of HR document records in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
