Manage end-to-end recruitment, especially for technical roles (Embedded, PCB, Core Engineering profiles). Handle employee grievance resolution professionally and efficiently. Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Assist in HR compliance, audits, training (including IATF), and documentation.
