Position Overview
You will join our agile and flexible HR team, which focuses on solving people challenges across the company. Working closely with our senior People Partners, you will lead and support critical people projects in service of our global talent strategy.
Responsibilities
Support multiple HR teams across the company in the execution of their plans and processes. This could involve areas such as recruiting and retention plans, career development, compensation, benefits processes, and talent management.Collaborate with our centres of expertise (CoE) to address HR needs across the company.Escalate complex issues where required and inform on performance, initiative progress, and risks.Analyse the capabilities and resources needed to close (or improve) talent gaps and present the data in such a way as to promote positive change.Promote and encourage an environment where our values are demonstrated.Help implement important HR pr...
