We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
+ Administer and support employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communications
+ Assist with payroll processing, audits, and issue resolution
+ Support employee relations by responding to HR-related inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures
+ Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
