Company's Work Authorization (WA) team is seeking an HR Specialist with a product and technical background to support Work Authorization service delivery, automation initiatives, and technology projects in the Rest of World (ROW) region. The Work Authorization team ensures all employees hired into Company are legally authorized to work and remain authorized throughout their employment, mitigating risks of legal non-compliance, financial penalties, and reputational damage. This role combines compliance knowledge, product expertise, and technical requirements writing — serving as a bridge between business operations and technology teams who translate Work Authorization processes and compliance requirements into clear technical specifications for scalable, tech-enabled solutions. The ROW region encompasses diverse countries with varying regulatory frameworks, requiring adaptable approaches to compliance and technology implementation.
