To provide all-rounded human resources and administration support, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment and selection, onboarding/offboarding, etc;
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Help organize training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR documents, reports as needed.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Sciences is preferred.
Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
Well verse of Employment Ordinance and related regulations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
