Description We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to support key people operations for a Contract position based in Houston, Texas. This role is well suited for someone who brings strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll coordination, onboarding, recruiting support, and HR systems management. The ideal candidate will operate with a high level of accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and provide dependable support across day-to-day human resources activities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and policy-related administration.
• Process payroll activities accurately and on schedule while helping resolve employee pay-related questions and discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters and support hiring logistics in coordination with recruiters and hiring managers.
