Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding standardized HR and Global Mobility inquiries
Operational support of business travel, assignments, and relocation processes
Preparation and coordination of mobility-related documentation, certificates and reports
Support in ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and mobility guidelines
Coordination with internal interfaces (HR Business Partners, Payroll, Global Mobility)
Administration and maintenance of employee and assignment data in HR systems
Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (apprenticeship, college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
