Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee and contractor records, including driver-partner profiles and documents.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with government reporting and audit preparation (DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Employee Engagement & Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee and department concerns or inquiries.
