You will support core human resources functions including employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance. This role plays a key part in supporting employees and managers while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and accurately.
Responsibilities
+ Support employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes
+ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
+ Assist with benefits administration, leave of absence tracking, and HR inquiries
+ Support compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures
+ Coordinate training, audits, and HR reporting as needed
+ Partner with managers to resolve HR‑related questions
