The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior HR Spec. (Classification) with responsibility for planning, developing, and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory services for assigned organizations. This SPRD is a targeted position and is eligible for ACDP purposes and assignments. Responsibilities Provides position classification services to assigned organizations. Provides position management advisory services. Participates in special initiatives, studies, and projects. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation. Uses automated systems to process a variety of position maintenance requests and personnel actions that do not require a RPA such as mass realignments, virtual hierarchy updates, MPCN updates.
