Recruitment & HR Responsibilities
- In-charge of recruitment processes, form screening resumes and scheduling/ conducting initial interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Facilitate employee relations (Issuance of NTE, NOD, NOA).
- Coordinate with HR on Incident reports, disciplinary notices, or leave balance requests.
- Daily checking of employee’s time In & Out form the Security guard’s logbook.
- Preparation of Timekeeping data and submission to HR Specialist for payroll processing.
- Approved duly filled out Official Business (OB) Form for those employees leaving the garage during working hours.
- Summarizing and checking of the Daily Accomplishment Report of the Motorpool employees submitted by the Chief Mechanic.
- Daily rounds in the Motorpool area every two (2) hours.
