Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Administer benefits and open enrollment support
+ Maintain HR compliance records
+ Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling
+ Support training and performance processes
Requirements
+ 3+ years of HR experience
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills
+ HRIS proficiency
