Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to support and manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate should have handsβon HR experience within the UAE and strong knowledge of MOHRE processes, visa requirements and company HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Issue offer letters, employment contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure all new joiner documents are completed and filed properly.
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues professionally.
