Manage end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countriesEnsure compliance with local statutory and company policiesHandle employee lifecycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, exits)Maintain and update HRIS systems ( Workday, Dayforce)Support compensation & benefits activities ( salary review, bonus)Resolve employee queries on payroll and HR mattersLiaise with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the regionPrepare reports and ensure data accuracy and timely submissionQualifications
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or equivalentMinimum 3 years of payroll / HR operations experienceExperience handling regional (APAC) payroll is an advantageFamiliar with HRIS systems ( Workday, Dayforce, etc.)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood commun...
