As a Senior HR Manager, you will serve as the strategic architect of the organization’s people operations, reporting directly to the HR and Admin Director and the Chief Operating Officer. This role bridges executive leadership and departmental execution, driving excellence in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee experience.
You will also lead and manage multiple HR teams to deliver high-impact programs and people strategies across the organization. In close coordination with all department heads, this role ensures timely talent provision and continuous workforce development.
