Position We seek a well-rounded Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai.
This role is pivotal in managing various HR functions, including onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee lifecycle management, compliance, welfare programs, and grievance handling.
You will support both clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless HR operations that align with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities Attendance & Payroll Input Manage attendance and leave records for staff and doctors (via ARSWIN or equivalent).
Calculate leaves, late marks, mispunches, and absenteeism accurately.
Prepare monthly attendance inputs for payroll Employee Records & MIS Maintain and update personnel files and ex-employee records.
Create and manage HR MIS reports and databases for internal use and audits.
