Operate effectively in a complex environment with multiple HR and firm stakeholders, managing competing agendas and ambiguity.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business stakeholders across UK HR, EMEA, Global, and Enabling Functions.
Drive the HR risk and compliance strategy, working with HR & Enabling Functions risk leaders and HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues to embed a robust HR risk framework.
Oversee processes to treat HR risks and issues, ensuring compliance with HR legal, regulatory (e.g., FCA/SMCR, SRA, ICAEW, ISQM1, Legal Right to Work, EU AI Act, GDPR), and firm-wide standards, policies, and procedures.
Leverage deep skills, knowledge, research, and business acumen to drive business value and impact in enterprise and operational risk management within a complex HR regulatory and legal landscape.
