Job description
You will join the Italy Reward team, in charge of delivering a high quality “end to end” support to all Organizations on the Reward strategy and programs. Your perimeter of responsibility will cover all ST Italy sites, with a focus on selected areas and reward programs.
You will support the implementation of benefits and reward programs, taking care of the administrative part.
You will support the management of international mobility for all the ST population.
Profile
High school diploma or bachelor degree in administration or economics
