Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is SME level knowledge, governance, and execution of all changes and project work for all US HR Systems (including cloud-based apps and on-premises solutions) supporting Ahold Delhaize’s US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates. Includes in-depth understanding of the business processes end to end as well as working understanding of all core HR systems and upstream/downstream impacts. The HRIS Delivery Analyst is responsible for SuccessFactors US Configuration, Mass Data Changes, US Foundation Data, and overall data Integrity as well as ensuring all systems are operating effectively.
