We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. You’ll play a key role in building talent pipelines, managing hires across sales, operations, and support roles, and ensuring smooth onboarding and HR processes. Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales Executives, Field Staff, Telecallers, Accounts, and Operations roles.
- Build and manage active candidate pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai, and WhatsApp...
