Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR & Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a recruitment-focused role with a practical HR operations component — ideal for a candidate with 1–3 years of relevant experience who is comfortable working with Zoho HR tools.
Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment (Primary Focus – 70%)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates at each stage of the hiring process
• Coordinate offer rollout, acceptance, and pre-joining communication
