Job description A Leading Educational Center in Dubai is looking to hire a Bilingual Human Resources Associate (Speaks Arabic and English) with the following details:
Key Responsibilities - Managing high volume of daily recruitment calls and shortlisting of candidates.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the candidates.
- Document control and management.
- Coordinating and issuing health insurance for new joiners.
- Skill testing and assessments for potential candidates.
- On-boarding for hired employees.
- Maintaining the checklist of employees development plan.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Support with procurement tasks.
- Monitor attendance and revise HR reports generated by the system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
