Our client in West Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts for caregiver and home health positions across Western Massachusetts, with a primary focus on the Springfield area.

This is an in-office role ideal for an organized, service-focused recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a high-volume hiring pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and home health staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

+ Support a high-volume recruiting pipeline and assist with onboarding approximately 20-25 caregivers at a time

+ Conduct virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process
