Job Scope for HR Recruiters Key Responsibilities - Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing, job postings, social media, job fairs, and innovative recruitment.
- Candidate Screening: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Onboarding and Hiring: Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, fostering positive candidate relationships and promoting our employer brand.
