Position Overview
Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a team on a contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end hiring efforts across a variety of roles, supporting both operational and management-level recruitment needs. The role begins with onsite training and offers remote flexibility afterward, making it a strong fit for someone who can quickly build relationships, manage multiple openings, and keep hiring activity moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment cycle for roughly 20 active openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination.
• Identify and engage candidates for a wide range of positions, including hourly, labor-focused, and mid-level leadership roles.
• Review applications, conduct screenings and interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruiting activity with business needs and hiring timelines.
