Our client in the Farmington, Connecticut area is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who has managed full-cycle hiring for hourly and skilled manufacturing positions and is comfortable working closely with HR leadership and plant-based hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer extension, and onboarding coordination

+ Handle candidate flow through Workday and maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentation

+ Support hiring for a variety of manufacturing and operational roles, including skilled machinery workers and plant personnel

+ Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize open positions and keep recruiting timelines on track
