We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support staffing efforts for a manufacturing organization. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent, is part-time at 20 hours per week. The role focuses on recruiting talent for both plant and business operations, with an emphasis on candidates who understand metal fabrication and aerospace-related environments. You will work closely with leadership to keep the recruitment process organized, efficient, and responsive to business needs.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR leadership and department managers to identify staffing needs, define role expectations, and move candidates through the recruitment process.
