Job Description
1. HR Process Mapping & Optimization
- Lead the end‑to‑end mapping of existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance, HRIS workflows, offboarding, etc.).
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for simplification or automation.
- Develop standardized, documented, and user‑friendly process maps and SOPs.
2. Project Management
- Build and maintain a clear project plan, deliverables, timeline, and risk log.
- Ensure structured, methodical tracking of milestones and progress.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates to HR leadership or project sponsors.
