Position Overview
About the Role Managing projects end to end in support of APG's simplification strategy as part of the Group Transformation Office. Initial priority will be to support HR transformation projects, acting as an interface between HR project teams, broader APG transformation and business stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
To lead a selection of medium sized HR related transformation projects; including HR tooling, HR process change, and the governance of HR elements that form part of broader transformation. Build and manage small to medium cross functional project teams in a matrix environment. Set up projects independently, including objective setting and governance arrangements, using consistent group documentation and processes.
