Description of the HCM Service Enablement Team:
HCM Service Enablement oversees the operational support systems and processes across Talent Management including recruiting, onboarding, performance management and learning. This includes building and managing relationships with key stakeholders across Technology, Compliance and Security to ensure our systems, processes and transactions are maximizing efficiency and in compliance with business requirements and government regulations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Oversee and support day to day operations of Talent Management products, including Performance Evaluations, Talent Ranking, Promotion and Employee Relations
• Partner with key stakeholders (Talent Management, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners) to understand business issues/requirements and propose innovative solutions that leverage process, technology, and vendor services
