An amazing opportunity has arisen for an HR Professional / People Engagement & Development Partner to join this global international relief charity at their Hertfordshire UK HQ. This is an excellent role, and would suit a candidate looking to transition to the charity sector or for an experienced charity HR Professional with significant previous experience in a similar capacity. The successful candidate will play a critical role in cultivating a healthy, values‑aligned culture within the charity & will work closely with the ELT, and by partnering with managers the role will embed strong people practices, engagement, learning and performance frameworks. You will work alongside their HR Consultant on governance, policy and complex employment matters.
