We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist who will take complete ownership of end-to-end payroll management for the India region. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll compliance, employee compensation processes, and coordination with cross-functional teams. In addition to managing payroll, the role also requires experience in day-to-day HR Operations, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete end-to-end payroll processing for India employees with accuracy and timely disbursement.
Validate payroll inputs including attendance, variable pay, deductions, reimbursements, overtime, and compensation components.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
