JOB SUMMARY HR Payroll Senior Associate is responsible for overseeing weekly payroll processes, HRIS (Paycom) administration and ensuring strict compliance with all applicable regulations. In addition, this role involves HR database management.

β’ Responsible for the transmission and processing of weekly payroll for the Teamsters (Drivers and Warehouse employees) and serve as a backup for Office Non-Union and Sales Union hourly and salaried employees in Paycom System.
β’ Maintains payroll information by designing systems, directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
β’ Prepared timecards, including weekly paid time off processing, Workers' compensation cases, LOA's, increases and other HR-related issues prior to each payroll transmission Reviews and Approves all Payroll exceptions and balances the payro...
