The Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits Operations Manager will lead core HR operations for a 100-employee organization, while supporting a positive and compliant employee experience in Atlanta, Georgia. This role oversees payroll and benefits administration, partners on employee relations matters, and helps strengthen programs that support engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, multistate HR knowledge, and the ability to manage detailed processes with accuracy and professionalism.
