HR Operations – Maternity Cover (6 months) – Changi North. Salary up to $7,000 with completion bonus. Available within short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration.
• Handle payroll inputs, benefits administration and HRIS updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support managers and employees with HR queries, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance, payroll providers) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in performance management cycles, including documentation and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide support for employee engagement activities and HR communications.
