As an HR Partner in Tesla, you enjoy driving engagement and building organizational scalability. You will be responsible for providing support in HR related questions to parts of the organization. The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and supporting the local operations in the functions of Sales, Service and Delivery as main priorities. Operating as HR Partner, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislative and audit requirements in conjunction with global requirements.
