- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including: Recruitment and onboarding, Employee file, Payroll and overtime calculation, End of service benefits, Performance appraisal and rewards, Training and development, Medical insurance management, Vacation management, HR budgeting and cost allocation
- Employee housing and catering management
- Strong familiarity with governmental platforms and procedures, including:
- Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, GOSI, Taqat, Tamheer, HRDF, Chamber of Commerce, Modon, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jadarat, Moaβama, and others.
