Purpose of the Job
Provide HR and Payroll transactional support globally – with a focus on Europe, Asia Pacific, possibly US and Africa.Maintain statutory compliance for India.Hands on experience on ERP System – SuccessFactors preferred.Maintain Organization & HR Data and systems’ new changes/deployment.Responsible for HR operational support to India, including payroll delivery.Coordinate Payroll for smaller sized countries with the external payroll provider.Escalate/refer cases to team leader as appropriate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
