Job Summary

The HR Operations Specialist will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll administration, manage strict statutory compliance across South African employment legislation, and actively drive the optimization and automation of people systems and processes. A key immediate focus will be spearheading the insourcing of payroll operations and integrating it seamlessly with the finance function.

Core Areas of Responsibility

1. Payroll & Remittance Management

• End-to-Step Processing: Prepare and administer the complete monthly payroll cycle for both permanent staff and independent contractors.

• Third-Party Reconciliations: Process and reconcile all third-party payments, including SARS remittances, employee deductions, and garnishee orders.
