ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an HR Operations Officer to manage payroll processing and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate has a solid HR background, strong attention to detail, and advanced MS Excel skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and manage monthly payroll, including deductions, bonuses, and settlements
- Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and income tax regulations
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR dashboards, and payroll reports in MS Excel
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements
- Support HR audits, documentation, and employee queries
