Job Description:
1. Regional HR Projects
Serve as main point of contact between internal and external team and support the planning and execution of regional HR initiatives (e.g., HRIS implementation, process standardisation, data migration)
Perform HR data cleaning, validation, testing, reporting and reconciliation during system implementation or migration
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary
Prepare project documentation, SOPs, and status updates
Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system rollout activities
Assist in maintaining proper data structure and standardisation
2. Process Improvement & Coordination
Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and suggest improvements
