JOB DETAILS
HR:
Work directly with the founders to create and preserve company culture.
Keep team motivated. Be the eyes and the ears of the founders
Advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
Recruiting activities including employee orientation, documentations, background verification, etc.
Administer and monitor the complete performance appraisal process and deliver the various reports related to it from time to time
Responsible for processing monthly payroll for employees along with the accountant.
Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll.
Operations & Accounts:
Paying vendors/suppliers and ensuring payments are received
Admin related work such as attending phone calls, follow ups, handling petty cash, etc.
