Responsibilities


+ Fully responsible for the onboarding of new contract employees

+ Working with the new employee to complete all pre-employment documentation

+ Scheduling and working with the contract employees to complete all pre-employment screening, (background checks and drug testing for all Science and Clinical operations of Joulé)

+ Coordinating and confirming start dates with our customers and our internal team

+ Contractor assignment management

+ Offboarding of contract employees including contractor and customer interface

+ Miscellaneous operations support related activities as needed
